• Token Statius is a customer request( token generated) – service operation bar graph , where red color bar show number of generated token(Waiting customer) and blue bar show service operation for customer request has to done .
• Pending and skip token graph, yellow line show number of token pending(Waiting customer request ) for process and red line show skipped token (Skip customer who has not attended the call)
• AVG.TIME ON EACH COUNTER graph show average time for process customer request.
• COUNTER WISE TOKEN DONE graph shows number of customer selected service has processed at counter (by staff ) , each counter is show with a specific color .
• COUNTER WISE SERVICE DONE report shows information , customer selected service request has processed at called counter .

• TOKEN DONE report show counter , staff login time at counter and number of customer request ( token )has processed .
• CURRENT EMPLOYEE LOGIN; report show staff login at counter , login time and force fully logout button (manager can logout any staff who is logged in at allotted counter )
• Note :- manager con not logged out staff force fully if staff is processing customer request at that time)
• Today Token Generate is a gadgets , show today number of customer request for service operation .
